In Her Body is a retreat where connection to the womb and to the land becomes fertile ground for artistry. Just as soil nurtures seeds, connecting deeply to your body and the earth awakens space for creativity, inspiration, and self-expression.

We will map what is alive in our womb, and explore together how to create from this place, weaving prayers for the mother’s womb. This journey is not only about awareness—it is about creation, honoring the ancestral feminine energy and the wisdom of Mother Earth.

In Her Body is an invitation to touch the creation of life and art, to gather as one body, and to experience a journey that is both deeply personal and beautifully collective.

Hosts

Meg and Julie met at a Mayan Abdominal Massage training in Guatemala and their energies wove together magically. From this soul connection, a shared vision emerged—to gather women in a sacred space, to dive deep into the womb and body, and to deepen their feminine radiance. So In Her Body retreat emerged.

Julie is a psychologist, body therapist, and yoga facilitator who helps women reconnect with their bodies through psycho-somatic work, movement, sensuality, and embodied experiences. With a deeply intuitive approach, she creates safe spaces for women to explore, reclaim their power and express their authentic selves. She leads women’s gatherings, workshops, and intimate circles.

Meg is an artist, earth activist, and guardian of women and wombs, inspired by the parallels between the earth body and a women’s body. She has led Red Tent spaces, women’s retreats, and workshops, believing in the power of women’s circles. Her art, whether abstract painting, pressed flowers shaped into yonis, or poetic prose, honors the feminine and calls for a re-wilding of this part of ourselves. Meg also practices Reiki and Mayan Abdominal Massage.
